Four bedrooms for up to 8 people (Three queen rooms & one twin/singles room)
Large open plan lounge and dining
Generous kitchen with breakfast bar, cooking essentials and teas/coffee etc.

Pool table, selection of games and books
Generous wrap around balcony with outdoor settings
One indoor bathroom (tub, shower, toilet) + one outhouse.

It is guests duty to remain safe and responsible when enjoying our land. You are in the bush. Please be cautious and considerate of the wildlife.
Swimming in the river is beyond the boundaries of our property, so guests swim at their own risk.
Under no circumstances should children or pets be left unsupervised at River Ranch.
No parties or events without prior approval.
River Ranch runs on rain and river tank water, we expect guests to minimise their usage of our precious water, and cannot take responsibility if power companies schedule outages during guests stays that mean water pumps do not work.

Our exact address and directions to find our property will be provided shortly before your check in date. Please be prepared to print or save the instructions we share ahead of your arrival, as you will lose phone reception approaching River Ranch.
Mudgee is approximately 3.5 - 4 hours drive from Sydney and 4.5 - 5 hours drive from Canberra. River Ranch is approximately 15 minutes from Mudgee CBD by car, on the Sydney side of Mudgee (near Logan Wine). Our property is located up 3.5km of dirt road, it is suitable for all cars (driving slowly and carefully) - your car will get dusty!
